Use small independent pharmacies. You’ll pay the same if you have insurance, they’re MUCH nicer and they usually offer more. Mine delivers for free!

try the Costco pharmacy. they answer the phone right away (unless it's the one hour they have for lunch) and no membership needed for pharmacy
