@iricksnacks: Say “YES” if you would eat these White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins 🤤 Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 large egg 2 tbsp butter 1/4 cup raspberries (I chopped mine) 1/4 cup sugar free white chocolate chips 1/4 cup sweetener 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp lemon juice Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Melt butter and whisk egg then mix all ingredients except raspberries and white chocolate chips. 3. Pour mix into 6 baking cups & add remaining ingredients. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes / until golden brown & a tooth pick comes out clean. 5. Let cool for 10 mins before removing & enjoy!
