@panaceapalm: High Protein Dessert 💪 #smoothiebowl #lowcalorie #highproteindessert #weightloss #caloriedeficit #shredded #highproteinrecipes #EasyRecipes Since you guys loved the last smoothie bowl, I couldn’t leave you hanging, here’s an experiment one I did with a some frozen blueberries I had left over and a KitKat Chunky…and erm…Turns out it’s INSANE!😋 Serves 1: 🍽️ Calories & Macros 📊 Per bowl: 376 cals 26g P | 42g C | 12g F Ingredients✅ - 1 cup/120g (large handful) of ice cubes - 100g of frozen blueberries - 50ml of almond milk (less calories) - Tsp cocoa powder - 1 scoop chocolate whey protein (@proteinworks code PANACEA) - 1 (40g) KitKat Chunky Bar Method⏰ 1. add all the ingredients to a blender (save half the Kitkat for toppings!) 2. blend to thick a creamy, this may take a few attempts, if it doesn’t blend the first time just give it a little shake then blend again.
