@susi.vidal: My favorite super bowl snack 🫶 recipe below! Ingredients: -6 jalapeños -4oz cream cheese (room temp) -2 grated garlic cloves -1/2tsp onion powder -1/4tsp smoked paprika -1/4tsp salt -1/4tsp pepper -1/4cup finely shredded cheese (I used a sharp hickory smoked cheddar, it adds a great flavor and a white cheddar!) -6 slices of bacon (cut in half) -jalapeño seeds Recipe: -preheat oven to 400F. -cut jalapeños in half and scoop out all of the seeds. Keep the seeds to add back in if you like them spicy! -mix cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, jalapeño seeds (optional—I did about 1.5tsp of seeds) in a medium bowl. -fill each jalapeño with the filling (about 1tsp per jalapeño half). -Wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick! I used 1/2 pieces of bacon because I didn’t want a ton but you can top with bacon pieces or use a whole slice. :) -add foil to a cooking sheet. Add a cooking rack on top. Add jalapeño poppers. -cook for 25-30min until bacon is fully cooked :) -let cook for 5-10 min.
