@cassfostermorrow: I hear men complain all the time about a wife who they must defend themselves against. She’s vicious.  That’s how I used to describe Kathryn.  But the ironic thing is, almost always this goes both ways.   1. If you can’t handle words, tone, attitude… and you fight back or shut down… evaluate what kind of man you are.   2. Most often, you are fighting back in your own way but you’re blind too it because you are in defense mode. Some examples:  Someone DM’d me complaining about being called names.  Please don’t do this by the way.  You can find us on our website. She sent screenshots.  She did get called a terrible name.  However, before that happened, she sent a (minor) name over text to him first.  Name calling is name calling, don’t defend yourself.   I have a man in my program whose wife screamed at him, threatened the police and told him to leave.  He swore he did NOTHING.  The further the conversation went, it was clear he was towering over her with a harsh tone and blaming her while pointing the finger at her.  It doesn’t matter how mean, hurtful, toxic (whatever your word is), if you are not showing up doing things you know you need to do and without doing things you know you should not do -  You are not showing up either.   Stop justifying what’s good behavior because it doesn’t compare to their bad behavior.   DM “GET STARTED” and start smiling at the person in the mirror for real.  OR Visit the link in my bio to get information in the fastest way. #GoG#GoGetYourWifeel#Relationshipl#relationshipadvicel#relationshipproblemsr#marriageu#coupler#marriagetipse#over30e#over40e#over50xlessmarriage
