@iamtrinitij: Today was my first day back in the gym.. it’s been years since I’ve been here but I’m back! I’m 6 weeks into weight loss which I did at home (cardio). Kickboxing & hiit was my thing but now I’m in the gym to lift weights as well. I like the fact that I’ll be burning calories during & after my strength training. Today was leg & hiit day. It went great! I had to ask 2 people for help with equipment & my form and they were very helpful. 😊 I’m excited about this journey in the gym! I’m working on a 6 month transformation!
