@thefitlondoner: Blended overnight oats are an absolute GAME CHANGER 👀 35g protein !! and hot damn the creaminessssss ❤️🔥 Ingredients: ➕ 50g instant oats (used these so I didn’t actually have to blend anything lol, but you can use normal oats and blend until you get oat flour consistency!) ➕ 25g soy isolate protein ➕ 180ml milk / water ➕ 1 tsp chia seeds ➕ Frozen raspberries Choc topping: ➕ 10g cacao powder ➕ 50g vegan yoghurt ➕ water to mix (gradually add until desired consistency) ➕ Chocolate soy crispies 💫 mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place raspberries at the bottom of a bowl, pour the mix over the top, followed by your choc ganache.
