@spicymoustache: Either if you grow or buy organic vegetables, don’t throw away the skins but use them to make this zero waste crisps, super crunchy and delicious! RECIPE: - Potato peel - Carrot peel - Olive oil - Any condiment (we used our zero waste garlic and onion powder) STEP BY STEP: - Wash and peel your vegetables. - Drizzle olive oil and add any condiment you like. - Cook in the oven for at 160 C for about 20 minutes. TIP: We usually make this when roasting vegetables or other stuff in the oven.
