It’s a shortage of Staff in the nursing field. Thank God you are able to do it. My siblings had to do the same thing for our Mom due to shortage

honey as short staffed as we are working at these homes..most times it's 30 plus ppl to 1 cna..i make sure my ppl have clean sheets n bed made..but sweeping and mopping..nope no time for that..

I'm a housekeeping supervisor at a nursing home. First problem is staffing and pay. the second is we can clean a room and rhe resident can have it a mess again in 10 mins. no time to clean rooms 2 xs

I don’t think I cold ever take my Mom to a nursing home. She used to work in one and said y’all better not ever leave me in one of these places.
