@wholesome_lee: By far one of my favorite breakfast recipes to date! 🥣 INGREDIENTS (314 calories: 26g protein, 35g carbs, 5G fiber, 6.2g fats) 2 Weetbix 1/2 tsp granulated sweetener of choice 200g low fat smooth cottage cheese OR greek yoghurt 3-4 drops of vanilla stevia 1/4 cup almond milk 👩🍳 Method: In a container,crush your Weetbix and mix it with your milk and sweetener. Using a spoon push it in as a base. In a separate bowl mix in your smooth cottage cheese & stevia. Place it on top of your Weetbix.
