The rule in our elementary was you either invite everyone in the class, just boys, just girls or you don’t hand them out at school

Teacher here, kids bring invites to who ever they want, I put them in their agendas. Not every kid gets invited. Kids get that

Soooo, what about when the kids are talking about it and one kid doesn’t get an invite? no one wants hurt feelings but they happen. Teach coping.

at mine, you can invite certain students to your own separate party, but if it’s a classroom celebration, everybody’s included.
