the saran helps it stay on..but you have to bruise the leaves brings the enzyme up that helps inflammation..using the dark outer leaves is best

Try crushing the cabbage and sprinkling it with alcohol before applying it to the painful area. It's much more effective.

add 1sp olive oil with 1 sp tumeric powder warmed in s pan spread on wool pad and wrap around the painful area . it works😀
