@notsophiesilva: You can just tell how uncomfortable I was in the first vid… I didn’t realize how different I look now until I looked at my old drafts! Obviously weight is not the only thing that matters in binge Ed recovery, however, I personally feel MONUMENTALLY better and more confident in my own skin.
