Here’s how I did it ↓ 1- I took a strategic dip in income where I took on less calls to use that time to create a scalable offer which allowed me to 2x my income within a few months 2- I focused my marketing on my scalable offers. Sounds simple but I see so many people with scalable offers but they struggle to sell them simply because they aren’t selling them 3- I stopped talking about my 1:1 like it was the best offer in the whole world. I realized that I was basically marketing 1:1 like the end all be all offer which then made it hard to showcase the value of my other offer or let me clients know why the offer would be valuable for them. All offer types are valuable, they just have a different kind of value 4- I used my calls as market research. Yes, I was coaching but I took extensive notes, looked for themes, wrote down questions, so I could use that to info to create scalable offers that would sell well 5- I gave myself time to pivot. Getting to the point of 3 calls on my calendar in a month has taken me 2 years, it didn’t happen overnight. This doesn’t just include 1:1 calls but all calls like live trainings, guest trainings, etc. 6- Overtime I’ve shifted offer logistics. In my 1:1 coaching I don’t do calls anymore, instead I use Voxer to communicate. In my scalable offers I’ve shifted many of them away from teaching live to instead having pre-recorded trainings with chat support If you’re in the thick of it with calls and a full calendar, start creating a scalable offer today (or focus on selling it more). & don’t forget to use this time as a way to skyrocket your business forward vs seeing it as a time that’s holding you back. All the calls I did are 100% the reason why I’ve been able to create offers that make hundreds of thousands of dollars
