I have a question. Is it wrong to say yarhamukAllah to a sister? Because I said it to one of my friends and she corrected me and said it’s yarhamukillah for females. I remember someone saying yarhamukAllah to me, and I’m a sister. I’m a bit confused but I know yarhamukillah is more appropriate for females. Just wanna know if it’s also okay to say yarhamukAllah to a sister as well

A good point to note, you dont have to say Alhumdulillah out loud, just because if you do the person who hears you has to respond.. you can say
