With respect to Spain there’s a 2-3 hour shutdown in the middle of the day plus dinner is at like 9/10 pm! Huge impact on daily life.

I think it's because ppl in Western Europe don't have to overwork like ppl in the US. Many ppl are stressed out & tired here.

the spanish parenting style is very similar throughout Europe. The difference also has to do with the American Infrastructure and few walkable cities

To be fair in the US many homes have big yards. Some kids have their own playgrounds lol Spain is very much apartment style. (No hate I love Spain)
