Add the granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix well. Add the eggs one by one and mix until fully combined. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl. Fold in until fully combined. Spread the batter evenly into the baking dish. Place the brownie in a preheated oven at 175 ℃. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Put the cream cheese and sugar in a deep bowl. Mix for 1 minute. Sift the cornstarch into the bowl. Mix well. Fold in the eggs one by one. Take the Kinder chocolate out of its packaging. Spread the Kinder chocolate over the brownie layer, then pour the cheesecake batter on top. Spread it evenly. Place the brownie-Kinder cheesecake in a preheated oven at 125 ℃. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until the edges of the cheesecake are firm and the center is still slightly jiggly. Then turn off the oven and leave the brownie-Kinder cheesecake inside for 1 hour. This prevents the cheesecake from sinking or cracking. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to boil. Remove from the heat and add the crushed white chocolate. Let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Spread the white chocolate ganache over the cheesecake and let it set in the fridge, covered, preferably overnight. Cut the cheesecake into nice portions. Garnish with strawberries, chocolate, and nuts. Tips: Add sugar according to your taste. Cheesecakes tastes best the next day. 26 cm mould - 12 servings - 2 hours 40 minutes
