The algorithm then pushes it out to more people so your reach increases and if you have a large amount of people doing this your post will also end up on the explore page. So clicks=reach. Less clicks=less reach. And since your hook is the first thing people see, it has a BIG job in getting people to stick around So what makes a catchy hook? In my opinion a catchy hook is short (not like the hook I used in post 1), it leaves a bit of mystery as to what I’ll get when I click but also enough info that I know what I’m getting into, and it’s not the same generic hook that everyone uses (“how to __”). Numbers also work great and having BIG text that stands out vs small text that is hard to read! Challenge of the day: take a look at the hooks on your 3 most recent posts and analyze them!
