Everytime my mom comes home from the hospital and she’s sad about a patient death, it’s almost always bc someone died in labor bc of hemorrhaging 😰

My nurses were the most attentive people, I was hemorrhaging a few hours after labor, and my mom just said “I can’t be here while they do this”.
