@mackenziecamille_: ✨TRANSPARENCY POST✨ Today was a HUGE milestone for me & I could not be more proud of myself. When I tell you I was 97% off of the ledge of saying F*** IT … I WAS THAT CLOSE. Started placing my torchys order & all. It was then that the inner voice (holy spirit) said, will this change the situation? Will this make you happy? Will this solve the problem? Of course the answer was no. If I were to binge, I’d only feel worse. Everyone has a default setting & often times it is that default setting that is holding you back from where God is trying to take you. I encourage all of you to start praying before you do the action and not after it has been done and let god work it out on your behalf. I use to make the habit of running to God AFTER I knew the dirt I did in secret … instead of running to God when I felt the urge/temptation to allow him to work within me to get it out of me. God can change your mind and help you make better decisions if you let him; it just takes intention on your end to run to him FIRST. I hope this encouraged somebody.
