I just go to a hotel a random hotel, tell them I need them to hold my luggage bc my check in isn't until 4 and they hold it for free .

I used an app called Bounce. They store the luggage in UPS and charge around $6 for a day. I used it in Chicago and it works flawlessly.

This will make sense if you staying in an Airbnb or a Motel, all the hotel ive stay at they let me leave my bags after checkout when is a late flight

This is “solving” a problem that doesn’t exist. Hotels will hold luggage before and after. I wouldn’t invest 1 buck.
