It’s the food industry. It’s so unregulated and corrupt in th US you can’t buy anything anymore without researching first. It makes ppl really sick.

There was NO snacking between meals in my mother’s house in the 70’s! She fixed us 3 meals a day, modest portions. NO soda, only birthdays or camping!
