I’ve struggled with this on my legs, feet and hands for 4-5 years and it’s getting worse. Doctors advised getting a shot but I don’t want that.

diet is a big part of healing but my psoriasis started when i was vaping yeras ago. i stopped vaping but i still have psoriasis. 😞
