if it's a crew cab check wiring at drivers rear cab mount seen a ton of them rub fuel pump module wires and abs wires rub through and corroded

Fuel pump. The jarring around of tow truck got the pump to work at least on more time.

had same problem but likely a different problem. when the fuel pump is warm the pickup doesn't start when cold it was fine.

gear selector not completely in park position because its sloppy. had a vandura that would not start because of that.

Security mode used to happen in my truck a lot you wait about 10 to 30 minutes and it’ll start ended having removed from my ecm haven’t had a problem

Contacts pitted in relay. When you started it they made contact. When customer started it low voltage to pump

the tow truck will bounce them hard enough to wake the pump up... like banging on the tank... all the sudden runs no problem

use an oscilloscope with an amp clamp to the fuel pump power wire and you can see if the fuel pump has a bad spot in the commutator

crank ot over while having someone smacking the bottom of the tank with a rubber mallet or plastic hammer, will get you home or to the mechanic

if you have a buddy I always like the good ole tap on the bottom of the tank while someone cranks it to see if it gets one last starts lol

That’s not how you test fuel pressure test it with key on engine off if it’s a bad fuel pump it’ll start at around 55 and constantly drop
