I have a pickle jar I keep next to the stove. When it gets for the pickle jar gets thrown away and replaced. Bacon grease always gets saved.

I keep my glass jars from spaghetti sauce for example and just empty the grease in it.. keep filling it up till it's full then throw it out

use an old soup/veggie can....it's heat proof and just goes into the garbage when full. Or let cool & scrape into compost bin.

That’s so wasteful. I can’t take it. I’m reusing the same piece of foil my mama sent home over a pie in 1997! We poor out here!
