Replying to @🅲🄷🅴🅁🅸🍒                            Sweet and Fluffy Condensed Milk Bread 🍞  Ingredients 1 cup milk (room temperature) 236 ml 2 ½ tsps instant yeast 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 large egg 1 tbsp sugar 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)   Glaze: 3 tbsps unsalted butter 3 tbsps sweetened condensed milk 1/8 tsps salt   Eggwash: 1 egg 1 tbsp milk   Directions: ·         Start by combining your dry ingredients (flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt) into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. ·         In a separate bowl, whisk together your condensed milk, whole milk and egg ·         Slowly fold in your flour mixture into your wet ingredients until a sticky dough has formed. ·         Transfer your dough onto a clean surface and begin kneading. Continue to knead for 3-5 minutes, then add in your softened butter. ·         At this point, your dough will be very sticky, but resist the urge to add more flour. Continue to knead by hand for 15-20 minutes or until a smooth, soft, dough has formed. ·         Transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm place for 2 hours. ·         After your dough has doubled in size, punch the air out of your dough ·         Roll your dough out until all the air bubbles are gone and it’s nice and smooth. ·         Roll your dough back into a log, pinch the edges to seal it, then cut into 5 pieces. Transfer to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
