I think people dont realize gaps in insulation or under coverage can render it all useless. Also smashing it reduces it :/ good catch.

I’m not convinced that a super air tight home is really healthy for anyone. You need some fresh air infiltration to remove “indoor pollution”.

It’s depends on what the customer paid for unless the engineer has it as something Different so there’s a chance that was a bad call I could be wrong
