@eurorichph: Lets make some Mozzarella Cheese Sticks! 🧀 Ingredients: 1 piece Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese Block ¼ cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup bread crumbs To taste: salt & pepper To taste: Italian seasoning and garlic powder As needed: oil For the marinara sauce: 1 tbsp Dolce Vita Pure Olive Oil 1 tbsp onions, chopped 1 tsp garlic, minced ½ cup Mazza Pizza Sauce with Spices 400g 5 pcs Fresh basil leaves, chiffonade PROCEDURE: 1. Season bread crumbs with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Set aside 2. Lightly dredge cheese in all-purpose flour then dip in beaten eggs. 3. Individually dredge cheese in prepared bread crumbs. Freeze for 2 hours 4. Deep-fry mozzarella @350F/176.6C pre-heated oil, for 1 minute or until golden brown. FOR THE MARINARA/PIZZA SAUCE DIP 1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until fragrant. 2. Add pizza sauce, simmer for 5 minutes. 3.
