@thefurnituredoctor: STEP BY STEP! 👇🏼👇🏼🤑 1. I got this 1960’s Zenith record player console for $50 on FBMP (it freakin works too!!!!) 2. I cleaned it down real good with some Krud Kutter 3. Sanded it with 100, 120, 220 grit using my @surfprepsanding 3x4 electric ray (use code FURNITUREDR10 for 10% off) 4. Used @HARTToolsUSA rotary tool to get into the hard to reach places! 5. Applied veneer banding over particle board edging with household iron 6. Applied 3 coats of wipe on poly, sanding with 220 between each coat 7. Used furniture repair kit to hide water damaged veneer 8. Sprayed pine parts of the piece with Mohawk classic toner in Blonde (I get this from @klingsporswoodworkingshop) 9. Staged with art from @desenio (use code THEFURNITUREDR for 45% off prints & 10% off frames) I’m so happy with this piece! And now I’m thinking I could’ve sold it for 2x the price, lol!
