It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these episodes and honestly…that’s because I didn’t have anything to really say! This series was never supposed to be polished or forced. I mean, It’s called OFF SCRIPT for a reason, and I told myself I’d only create an episode when I actually had something authentic to share. & This episode means so much to me🥹 Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly rebuilding. Not just my body but my mindset, my drive and my relationship with the parts of me I thought I had completely lost. And one thing I’ve realized along the way is that this health and fitness journey is actually a lot like a relationship!! Let me explain…👇🏼 You can’t expect it to feel good all the time.
You can’t expect to stay in love with it if you’re not putting energy into it.
You can’t ignore it for weeks or months and expect it to still feel the same. & Honestly, that’s kinda what I did. I let one “off” week turn into MONTHS of neglect. 
I stopped pouring into the routine that once fueled me and each day that passed, I would convince myself more and more that I just didn’t love it anymore…but really, I just stopped nurturing it. It’s the same way any relationship falls apart:
You stop prioritizing it, stop showing up, and little by little…the connection naturally fades. But losing that spark doesn’t mean it’s gone forever. It just means it’s your responsibility to reignite it✨ & This episode is about finding my way back. Not to the version of me who used to try doing it “perfectly” but to the version who’s okay with doing it imperfectly, as long as it’s true. If you’ve drifted from the habits, passions, or parts of yourself that once made you feel alive… 
I hope this reminds you that you’re allowed to come back, to rebuild, and to love it differently this time…And maybe even more deeply than before💛
