21 Day Postpartum Fitness Challenge  Day 01/21: Glutes + Core & Full Body Stretch  When I haven’t worked out in a while (and for me it’s been over 4 months), I always start slow — as you should. Rushing it only leads to burnout or injury. I’m 2 months postpartum and still recovering from an injury (IYKYK).
