As someone who’s worked in the with food at hospitals it’s no so much that isn’t unhealthy we just need it for patients to meets nutritional needs and for those who can’t eat solid food but those whom are on liquid diets it meets their daily calories and it has plenty of nutrients although it does have allot of other things in it ultimately it does its job and those are just 2 reasons I named as to why we would give patients ensure ❤️
