if you start getting a fever and the area is hot to touch and red I would be concerned, if not keep hydrated and on the antibiotics it looks brusied

Honestly that looks infected. General rule of thumb is that if you feel numbness or tingling at the bite/scratch mark, youve got rabies 😬
