It’s definitely winter eczema my hands flare up every year when it gets cold out, around this time in October when the temp starts dropping, where I am in Pa, my hands become red, bumpy, dry, cracked, and scaly and I have to use a lot of eczema cream and moisturizer

I get this & so does my mom she told me to use Vaseline and put socks on my hands when I sleep and it helps but I think the cold makes it worse

same it started as a burn -actual hot boiling water and chemical burn frequent hand washing, cleaning house cleaning I haven babies it soak it in honey garlic salve over night it just can't heal
