@anat_elisha_kitchen: רגע לפני שנכנס פסח, קבלו מתכון הכי מוצלח למופלטה ותשמרו שיהיה לכם למימונה🙏🏻 מופלטה/anat_elisha_kitchen . מצרכים: 1 קג קמח לחם/ לבן כפית מחוקה שמרים יבשים 2 כפות סוכר כף מחוקה מלח 650 מל מים . * שמן לפתיחת המופלטות . אופן ההכנה: בקערת המיקסר מניחים את הקמח סוכר מלח מים ושמרים. לשים במשך כ 10 דקות במהירות בינונית. . מכסים את הקערה ושמים למנוחה בצד כ 15 דק'. משמנים משטח עבודה ומורידים אליו את הבצק. בידיים משומנות היטב קורצים עיגולים בגודל כדור פינג פונג ומניחים במגש משומן. כשמסיימים עם כל הכדורים שופכים כוס שמן מעל הכדורים. ושוב מנוחה של רבע שעה. מחממים מחבת גדולה, מולטי שף, מחבת הפוכה מה שיש לכם ומתחילים לפתוח את הכדורים לעלים דקיקים כמו בסרטון. מניחים אחד על המחבת, פותחים עוד כדור ומניחים מעל הראשון והופכים. ממשיכים כך עד שנגמרים הכדורים. מגישים עם המוןןן חמאה ודבש❤ #מימונה #מופלטה #פסח #morroco🇲🇦
