@jpgcoaching: Simple but effective push day. You really dont need 10 exercises in a single session and a good amount of those movements tend to be redundant and not really needed from what ive seen put out there online. The closer to failure you train the less volume you’ll need. Every exercise i took at least one working set to failure. #jpgcoaching #Fitness #fit #fyp
