@hopehudson.pt: Save this for a super simple dinner idea! This one came from an ottolenghi recipe, you could remove the first couple of steps to make it even easier. Mix 200g of feta with 1/4 tsp chilli, 2 tsp of fennel seeds and 1 tbsp olive oil. Set aside. Fry the dried orzo in some oil for 3-4 mins with salt and pepper until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same pan fry 1/4 tsp chilli flakes, 2 tsp fennel seeds and 3 cloves of chopped garlic in some oil for 1-2 mins. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, 700ml water, salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and had the fried orzo. Cook on medium heat for 15 mins. Stir in prawns and cook for 2-3 mins.
