@thegftestkitchen: Curly Fries — nothing compliments a burger better than curly fries 😋 and nothing is easier than the @kitchenaidusa spiralizer attachment! I soaked the fries for 1hr to release the starches from the potatoes. Rinsed & dried them, then dusted with @cup4cup gf flour. When the peanut oil reached 350 degrees I fried the curly fries until they were a light golden brown& pulled them out onto a tray. Then re-frying until dark golden on the second fry.
