Would you dare try it? ⸻ THE UPSIDE DOWN SHEPHERD’S PIE — RECIPE Ingredients Jacket Potato: 	•	1 large baking potato 	•	Olive oil 	•	Sea salt 	•	Butter 	•	Black pepper 	•	Mixed cheese Shepherd’s Pie Mince (quick method): 	•	1 onion, diced 	•	400g lamb mince 	•	1 small carrot, finely chopped 	•	1 tbsp tomato purée 	•	1 chicken stock cube 	•	Thyme 	•	1 sachet shepherd’s pie mix (follow packet instructions) Carrot Ribbons: 	•	1 large carrot (peeled into ribbons) 	•	Olive oil 	•	Sea salt 	•	Honey Garlic Bread Croutons: 	•	Garlic bread slices, cubed Garnish: 	•	Fresh parsley ⸻ Method 1. Jacket Potato 	1.	Pierce the potato all over with a fork. 	2.	Wrap in kitchen paper and microwave for 6 minutes. 	3.	Transfer to foil, brush with olive oil, sprinkle sea salt, wrap. 	4.	Air fry at 180°C for 45–50 minutes. 	5.	Uncover and air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes to crisp. 2. Shepherd’s Pie Mince 	1.	Cook onions and lamb mince until browned. 	2.	Add carrot, tomato purée, stock cube and thyme. 	3.	Stir in shepherd’s pie mix and cook as instructed. 3. Carrot Ribbons 	1.	Toss ribbons with olive oil and sea salt. 	2.	Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, turning halfway. 	3.	Drizzle with honey once cooked. 4. Garlic Bread Croutons 	1.	Cut garlic bread into cubes. 	2.	Air fry or bake until crisp and golden. 5. Assemble 	1.	Cut a cross in the potato. Add butter, salt and pepper. 	2.	Mash lightly and fold in the cheese. 	3.	Load with shepherd’s pie mince. 	4.
