@crosshealthwellness: Alternate between walking your hands forward and back with feet narrow and wide stance with this exercise! This forces your body to work big time to keep everything still. Put a tissue box or yoga block on your low back and see if you can keep it in place! That’s the real challenge. When I was just doing the bare minimum, you could see how floppy my movement was.
