I got a giant orb necklace (gunmetal with the red) it didn't come with the bag or box, but it does have the sngraving on the underside of the orb ...

The stamping on the clasps I think is recent. I have necklaces from 2011 & 2014 without. 2020 was an orb stamp 🤷♀️

Another way to detect a fake is if the lower part of the cross has been partly sunk to the jewellery
