Let’s not also forget that ADHD meds were tested on men. Therefore there can be an impact on your cycle when on meds 🙃

Ever since I stopped masking & opened up about my ADHD, I am way less tired. I work as a psych. nurse though, where it's quite acceptable to be quirky
