It’s me wanting you to know that if you’re trying to heal your hormones and get rid of painful periods or balance fertility, you need to include things like a good breakfast (which is more than 2 eggs), electrolytes and minerals, and ya gotta kick intermittent fasting to the curb. My Healed Hormones group course that’s launching at the end of the month will cover all the things you need to achieve hormone balance and incorporate it as a lifestyle.
