⚡️3 Hollow Body Hold Progressions The Hollow Body Hold is an exercise that I completely forgot about up until about five years ago. There’s absolutely no rhyme or reason as to why, but I’m glad that I stumbled on it again—because—it has a TON of value in your overall health and performance.
