Definitely don’t put all the crickets in at once and change out the carpet ASAP,but you’re improving:)

I love seeing the improvement, my biggest advice here is to switch to a loose substrate. You can do 70% reptisoil and 30% playsand as a good mix.

I’d definitely change the carpet to like a lose substrate. Get some like fake vines or something to hide around in! (1/2)

probably use a mix of top soil and play sand as substrate because repti carpet can get their teeth and toes stuck in them

It looks lovely! But I must say, reptile carpet can rip out their nails and harvest bacteria that is really bad for them. I’d recommend switching-

Home Depot or Lowe’s sell Timberline topsoil and play sand. It’s a better substrate than carpet as carpet can hurt them.

better substrate. a mix of topsoil and playsand is ideal (7 cups soil to 3 cups sand till you get the wanted amount)

You should remove the repticarpet and add a mix of 70% topsoil and 30% play sand!! Repticarpet and solid substrate can hurt geckos joints!

with the calcium you should use calcium with vitamin d3 for the crickets but calcium powder WITHOUT d3 to leave in there, they can overdose on the d3

I used to have a gecko get a stick and put it across both sides of the tank in the air so it can be like he is climbing in a jungle
