@aliciabfit: If your goal is hypertrophy your best tool is mind to muscle connection > weight 🏆 The weight still has to be challenging but if you’re training for hypertrophy maintaining a proper mind to muscle connection is more important than for someone who’s training for strength, who’s main goal is to move more weight from point A to B. If you want to build specific muscles a mind to muscle connection will improve your gains but not so much your lifts so I also train for strength.
