Coming from VBAC mama. Recovering from a c-section is soooo much harder. I wouldn't wish it on anyone especially with a toddler.

Everyone’s recovery is different I’ve had 2 and it was a Breeze. And they took me at 39 weeks both times.

1st Baby Shoulder Distosia Momma here. Didn't know for 1st baby. 2nd & 3rs scheduled C section So much less Traumatic than the 1st delivery

Scheduled C-section usually happen a few days before due date. Emergency C-sections happen after you’re in labor 👍🏻

I’ve had 3 C-sections, take time to heal, don’t lift. My oldest 2 were 39 wks I had 0 complications with pregnancy my 3rd was 37 wks w complications

They do do c-Sections early if medically necessary. I had gestational diabetes so I had one 3 weeks early to to premature deteriorating placenta

I would personally never opt for a csection. They are so hard on your body, the healing process is horrible especially when you have other kids..

Also some people don’t tell u after c section it’s hard to walk a lot so having assistance to shower and other simple tasks is what was best for me!

I’ve had three c-sections- 3rd three weeks ago. I get up&move asap! It works the soreness out sooner.. not a horrible recovery at all!!
