@nadiajaftha: Xavier and I got creative in the kitchen and challenged each other on 2 delicious desserts using Parmalat #DoubleCreamYoghurt as the main ingredient 👩🍳 Xavier made stacked milk tart pancakes and I of course made my favourite chocolate chip brownies 🥰😬 👩🍳 Double Chocolate Decadent Brownies 200 mls Parmalat Double Chocolate Chip flavoured yoghurt 2 cups white sugar 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Baking chocolate Add your yoghurt first ,then beat your eggs, baking powder, cocoa powder sugar and vanilla essence in. Crack baking chocolate into batter and mix. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Spread the batter into the prepared buttery greased pan. Add some extra baking chocolate over the top. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and the edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan for 35-40 mins. 👨🍳🍳Double Cream Milk Tart Flap Jacks 400mls Parmalat Milk Tart flavoured yoghurt 2 cups all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 2 eggs 50mls water 1/2 tsp vanilla First mix all your wet ingredients (yoghurt , eggs water and vanilla essence together) in a bowl. Then add your dry ingredients ( flour, sugar, baking powder and salt ) in. Stir until the batter is nice and smooth with no lumps. Lightly grease and heat frying pan. Fry the flapjacks until they bubble and the bottom turns golden brown. Turn the flapjack over and fry the other side. #doubleupwithdoublecream #parmalatdoubleup #yoghurtrecipe
