Papaya chutney/ Raita - पपईचं रायता/चटणी A special recipe from my Mai( maternal grandmother), passed down from her to my Aai and Aai gave it to me last week. It’s a recipe that is full of love and nostalgia ! I love such chutney/ raitas that can elevate a meal and pair easily with snacks The star ingredient of this dish is the mustard powder, mixed with grated papaya. It helps it ferment and gives that additional flavor profile. It’s a super simple recipe comes together in 10 minutes, so give it a try and let me know if you’d like it Recipe is the comments, you might have to scroll as I am not able to pin my recipes. #chutneyDiaries #chutney #maharashtrian #chutneys #raita #condiments #guthealrh #IndianRecipes #SimpleCooking #NoOnionNoGarlic #ChefReels #RecipeReels #vegetarian #plantbased #satvicfood #glutenfree #papayachutney #traditional Here’s a recipe 🥣 Ingredients     •    1 cup peeled and grated Raw papaya      •    2 tbsp mustard powder      •    1 tsp chili powder      •    Salt to taste 🔥 Tadka     •    2 tbsp oil     •    1 tsp cumin seeds     •    1/2 tsp mustard seeds      •    1 green chili chopped 🌶️     •    1/8 tsp hing (asafoetida)     •    1/2 tsp turmeric powder 🥣to make raita •    6 tbsp yogurt 👩‍🍳 Method     1.    Peel and grate raw papaya     2.    Mix in red chili powder and salt.      3.    Set aside 15 minutes.     4.    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, seeds, cumin, seeds, green red chilies, and hing 5.
