@makinghomematter: Do you ever keep something that you don’t need, knowing one day you will use it for something else!? I’ve kept a blind for years & I had a light bulb moment to use it to update our laundry room! There was a gap in the cabinets that was screaming out for storage so I built simple mdf drawers to fit the space! For the unique fronts I used 5cm mdf trim that I routered on one edge! Held it in place with grab adhesive, painted with cabinet paint & added the blind piece cut to size, fixing with pva glue! Finished off with handles & voila!!! It’s amazing what a little bit of thinking outside the box can do! I’m so pleased with how this project turned out!
